The Details
Since Ryan & Jeanna are based in the US we worked with them entirely by phone and skype creating the most perfect wedding scene based on their destination wedding at a bond beach on the fabulous Prospect Plantation in Ocho Rios, Jamaica.
Using a modern concertina invitation style we designed an illustration depicting a scene to include the gorgeous beach location and activities in store for guests during the wedding weekend; a steel drum band, traditional bamboo rafts, beach huts and fabulous caricatures of Jeanna & Ryan drinking his favourite tipple, all surrounded by the stunning scenery from the beach itself.
Local flora and the beautiful colour scheme of pale blues, greens and pops of yellow & pink flowers gave the whole invitation suite a tropical and summery feel. Little details including envelope liners, gorgeous bespoke stickers and quirky rsvp messages made the whole design totally down to earth and unique to the happy couple. Its certainly cemented itself as one of our faves!
